Why is migraine pain?

Although the cause is not yet known.
However, according to most, it is the result of abnormal activity of the brain which causes the nerves and blood vessels of the brain to be affected.

Is there any way to prevent?
This problem can be greatly reduced by following certain rules as well as medications. However, you must take the medicine prescribed by the doctor. You will benefit if you make some changes in your lifestyle. Take a look at what they are-

1) Include magnesium rich foods in the diet
Lack of magnesium in the diet is said to trigger headaches or migraines. So, you can include mixed nuts and seeds, bananas, dark chocolate, oatmeal etc. in the diet. Ginger is also very useful, because ginger works very well to reduce nausea.

2) Adequate hydration and sound sleep

Many people forget to drink water under the pressure of work! Maintain a healthy lifestyle, drink plenty of water, and stay away from direct sunlight. At the same time you have to sleep for 8 hours at night. Migraine headaches can be temporarily relieved with cold water.

3) Avoid tea, coffee and soft drinks

Make it a habit to drink moderate amounts of tea and coffee. If you have a habit of drinking extra soft drinks, skip that too.

4) Essential Oil Therapy
Mix 2/3 drop lavender essential oil with any carrier oil and gently massage it on the scalp, you will get a lot of relief. Lavender Essential Oil is suggested to reduce stress and get a good night’s sleep. You can also use Peppermint Essential Oil, you will get the same benefits.

5) Meditation or yoga
Start the day with some exercise, meditation or yoga. In addition to having a good body, the problem of migraine will also come down. The more relaxed and fresh you are, the less migraine will occur. Meditation is great for reducing stress.

6) Maintain diary
We make  notes every day, do the same with migraines. Keep notes of when and how long the pain is happening! Keep notes of what you learned from the process and what you ate that day. This will allow you to know the trigger factors. It will also be convenient to give the history to the doctor.

6) Use glasses
Those who have migraine problems, must use  glasses or power glasses if they are constantly working on the laptop or in the sun. However, try not to work by constantly looking at the screen. Work with a little break.

See a migraine patient but know exactly when his migraine pain occurs. Bring change in life according to him. In some cases, try to adapt. Always remember that there is nothing more important than your body, well-being comes first. So follow a healthy lifestyle, take care of yourself. I hope today’s article will be useful to you. All will be well.
